We are Singularity 6 and we believe games are more than just simple entertainment.

Video games have ignited our creativity, connected us to broader communities, and helped us forge lifelong friendships. If you’re reading this, chances are some of your best memories have been made with either a keyboard and mouse or a controller in hand.

When they’re at their best, games unite us and help us create shared and impactful memories.

“When I was growing up, my grandmother was such a titanic figure in my life, in part because of the game experiences we shared together.” Game Director Aidan Karabaich explains, “whether it was her besting me at Pac-Man for the 100th time or reveling in a new NES game we were trying to beat together for the first time, games brought us together in a way no other medium could.”

Meaningful experiences, like Aidan’s, have been a part of all our stories here at Singularity 6. Games have played such a crucial part in our lives that we wove our love for them, and for what they could be, into the very core of our studio. Our mission is to forge alternate worlds that deepen players’ lives.

For a little over three years, we have been recruiting industry veterans who share this ambitious mission. Today, our team includes top talent with experience at big studios like Blizzard Entertainment, Epic Games, and Riot Games; among others. Although many of us have never met face to face due to the pandemic, we have been playing games to connect and build bonds with one another. This has further demonstrated to us the importance of games that help connect people all over the world, and strengthened our commitment to creating these experiences for others.

With the announcement of Palia, we are on the path to making our vision a reality. Palia is a community simulation MMO set in a high fantasy world.
